Leaving  Boston for Bar Harbor

Day one began as we excitedly prepared to board the Zuiderdam. First we had breakfast at Tatte. Afterwards, we checked out of the hotel and Sebastian took us in his Uber to the Flynn Cruiseport, where Zuiderdam was docked. When we arrived and unloaded all our luggage, we went into the vast cruise port only to discover a long line waiting for Customs inspection. Eventually, we made our way to the escalator going up to the
gangway into the ship. 

After boarding and unpacking some of our luggage, we had lunch
at the Lido Market on deck nine. Then we began to explore 
Zuiderdam. Soon we found the Pinnacle Bar, where we celebrated 
with a drink.

Before departing from Boston, we gathered on the Lido Deck (nine), watching as the city faded into the sunset.
